Nice little spot in an old heritage feeling part of the village. Some of the best tacos I had when I visited the south. Server was very nice and accommodating.

4.7 rating. The food was great, service was fine. Would love to see a Chili Relleno on the menu. I was slightly on fire after my side of chopped Serrano peppers topped and enhanced my tasty food, but I like the heat...

Martannes was delightful for a late breakfast last week (June 23rd) Wanted to stop in again today, July 1st, and there was a "Closed until further notice" sign on the door. Let's hope it is only temporary, it woul be a great loss to the Flagstaff market if they chose to close permanently:(

Absolutely best Mexican breakfast I've had to date! Have the tamale breakfast. It's big enough to share and man is it gooood! Great ambiance too.

Nice establishment, I ordered the chimichanga with beans and rice which was cooked to perfection. The staff was extremely nice and the service was quick and fast. The chips and salsa was to die for with lightly salted thin chips and authentic Mexican salsa. The price was inexpensive for the great food quality which was $45 for my son and I huge portions of dishes. I consumed all of mines but he had plenty to take home. Will definitely be back on my next #NAU trip! Great place and atmosphere!

Best**Bloody Mary** I've had. excellent food, great service! Parking in town can be far, but it's worth the walk. Usually a 15min wait time, (popular place).

Always good. Love to get breakfast here. The food is top notch, and the decor and atmosphere is beautiful. The service is not the best. On the most recent visit we were some of the first customers in the door to an empty restaurant and still felt like we were some how an inconvenience to the wait staff.

The waitress to patron ratio is excellent but knowing that it's should be excellent service it's not they forget about you frequently

We were here as a group a week ago. The food was delicious. Able to get both breakfast choices and lunch at 9 am made everyone happy. Yummy mimosas. Clean atmosphere, pleasant service. Hot food brought out promptly. Loved the artwork too!

Wonderful.! Friendly fast service. Generous portions served hot. Very authentic with a variety of creative dishes. Just the right amount of spice. Beautifully displayed original art work. Great restaurant. Would recommend for anytime. Also very clean, and following social distance protocol. Last but not least:they have THE BEST fried ice cream!! Absolutely AMAZING.

¡Fabuloso! This place came highly recommended from a friend so I took a chance and stopped on my way through town. It didn't disappoint. The food tasted great, portions were large, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

WOW! I was impressed if this great place. Great food and they give a humungous amount of food. I loved it even though my husband was in a mood. I don't know why but the young waitress was very nice and left a good tip because felt bad for my husband attitude. So it had great service, great food very delicious. I got spinach & cheese enchilada rice & beans and it came with a little avocado tostada yummy

We tried this place considering the amazing reviews! The food did not disappoint! Everything was delicious! We had the Ramirez burrito and a veg quesadilla. Their beans are not refried, which at first was disappointing, but after a taste, it was quickly forgiven. Their salsa is also out of this world, but it’s not free. The extra $3.25 is worth the bottomless goodness! The Horchata is also the best I’ve ever had and served in a huge glass! So yummy!I would have given 5 stars, but the service was shocking after my quesadilla arrived without the veggies I ordered. Instead of making me a fresh one, they just brought me a dish of sautéd veggies. Not appreciated, but I’m trying to be forgiving especially during Covid. The staff seemed stressed enough and who can blame them. We will be back, but if the veggies get left off again, I will insist on a fresh one or a full refund. We were so stuffed, we now have to go back for the deep-fried ice cream! Enjoy!

Went here last week for the first time and were wowed! Went for dinner, then breakfast the following day. The food was so delicious! High quality and favors that popped. Not your typical Mexican restaurant; more like gourmet food. Drinks were good and staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Was passing through Flagstaff with my friend and we stopped here for some food. They had a great staff and wonderful selection of vegan and vegetarian options for my friend. My beef and cheese burrito was sublime and the banana and Carmel chimi was delicious. Well priced and beautiful atmosphere.

The chilaquiles and breakfast burrito with chorizo are to die for! Ordered them to go after visiting the Grand Canyon, and wow! Huge meal servings (we ate for breakfast and lunch)!

Portions weren't enough for two people to share like the server told us so we had to place a second order. We were told the chilequiles were the most popular item but it wasn't that great. She was really nice. Id give the food 3 stars. It wasn't too busy there were only 2 or 3 other tables and the ambiance was beautiful I really enjoyed the art by Emma Gardner 😍

Best chilequiles ever! I would suggest getting them 'Christmas style' the first time you order them...this way you get to experience both the red and green sauces on one plate. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Really good Mexican food. Well flavoured and very tasty. The picant sauce was also very good and looked home-made. Nice location & interior and friendly staff.

What a great meal! Visited with my family and each of us got something different. It was all great, the salsa (which is unlimited for like $3) was amazing, and the staff was good. Plus the theming was rad. I'll definitely be returning here in the future.

Just got done backpacking south rim to south rim the Mexican food and tacos were great and excellent margaritas! Highly recommended!

Wish I read the plethora of negative reviews before coming to this place. The service was just plain horrible. The lighting was really bad so we asked the hostess to seat us somewhere else. She told us NO! Then the waitress was just as rude. Made for a really unpleasant experience. How is this place in business with all the people who say everyone who works there has an attitude problem? The food was just OK...however they charge for chips and salsa. The food is overpriced and they don't give you what it is you ordered. 3 out of the 5 of our plates came out wrong or missing sides they were supposed to come with. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Nice local authentic Mexican restaurant. Loved the unlimited nacho chips and cinnamon-y horchata! It was a busy night so the food came out a bit slow. The portions are huge, so come hungry.

I was looking at a place to get breakfast when I was passing through on route 66, and I asked the night desk clerk where I should get good Mexican food for breakfast... He suggested this place and I'm glad he did. I got the chilaquiles.I also got the chai with an espresso drop -- it was a little too sweet for me. The salsa on the side is really good and homemade too.the service was excellent in the food was really really good to the decor was fantastic, they have all sorts of Day of the Dead skeleton art, and the black banquettes were superb. I really like to feel this place eating chilaquiles while train went by parallel to route 66 was a really cool experience

I've been coming here for years. The service is always good and their vegan breakfast dish is out of this world amazing! I *need* their seitan recipe!
